Pasha Lyndi is an earth lover, storyteller, soul friend and shamanic practitioner.
She’s delighted to be your guide, into the wilderness inside.
Her main practice is “listening deeply” —listening to the nature outside of us, and the nature inside. These practices have helped her to commune with the visible and the invisible world, and know who she truly is. As a result, she has greater calm, compassion, connection, courage and clarity in life.
On weekends she loves escaping to the forest, hiking, listening deeply, chasing waterfalls and playing the flute for the trees, birds and mountains.
Pasha Lyndi has eight years experience in shamanism, and has been initiated into Shamanic Buddism (Nyingma School), Aboriginal Sacred Lore (Grandmother Mulara) and Irish Celtic Shamanism (Slí An Chroí).
She loves to vision quest and has been initiated as a water priestess.
In the first part of her life, she trained as an actor and director and led over a thousand hours of theatre workshops, with a great love of ensemble work, body-based psychotherapy and collective storytelling.
As a meditator, she has over 10,000 hours of practice including a year of personal retreat and two years assisting others on retreats. She has taught hundreds of meditation courses and retreats in Australia, France and the UK.
As a teacher and coach on the apps Aura and Insight Timer, her earth-based practices and stories have had over half a million listens.
She has a decade of facilitating mindfulness meditation for wellbeing for organisations like the Dept. of Education and Training, Brisbane City Council and WeWork.
She loves indigenous stories and deeply respects her ancestors, elders and kin within the Tibetan, Aboriginal and Irish traditions.
She loves a good story, a good laugh and a good dance!
