How can we listen more deeply to ourselves – with our senses, our hearts – to ourselves, the earth and to our purpose for being in this planet? Imagine spending time listening to the birds and feeling the breeze, loving nature and feeling loved by it. In this course, we will allow earth-based meditations to open our senses. We will find our own special place in nature and appreciate how generously this earth supports us; how we breathe with the trees and how we can let the stream of thoughts naturally flow, and take shelter when the emotional weather is stormy. We will also explore how we are part of our ancestry and the great cycles of life. Around this campfire, we will share stories from different traditions, and research from scientists why nature connection is good for our health and our community. Written by Pasha, this is her daily practice and her passion, through which she finds deep peace and belonging.
