Do you want to learn to teach mindfulness and self-compassion? Would you like to integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into your ongoing professional activities? The first step is attending an 8-week or 5-day Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course. Other pre-requisites include:
- Ongoing practice of mindfulness, loving-kindness and self-compassion in daily life
- Attendance in at least one 5-day silent, teacher-led meditation retreat
- Attendance at a 6-day residential MSC Teacher Training program
