In one-on-one mindfulness coaching, we’ll work on your goals.
As your coach, I begin supporting you by listening to your wishes and needs.
We’ll practise together, and find meditations recommended just for you and your mind and body, to support your thriving.
After our call, I send you meditation practices to listen to every day, through the app Aura Health.
I’ll message you in the app to ask how it’s going, you message your feedback and we tweak the way you meditate until it feels right.
We have one face-to-face call a month, and exchange messages three or four times a week. I’m always available for more face-to-face time if you need it.
Most people keep going for 2-3 months until they’ve found 3-4 practices they really enjoy.
For example, mindful breathing five times a week, body scan before bed, a joy walk once a week and a weekly loving kindness practice.
Your daily practice routine is up to you! It need take no longer than a scroll on social media. It could be anywhere from 10 minutes up to an hour daily, whatever works best in your life.
Most people find they start with a few minutes and build up to longer practices, for even more benefits.

Most coaching clients find the process empowering, and can’t believe how quickly a regular routine is established.

Progress has been made! I’m much better at noticing thoughts and emotions. Thanks to the practice you recorded for me, I’m dropping some habits.
I notice my mind is constantly solving problems, wanting to find better ways, meaning my mind is always ‘on’, so I’m practising noticing this and letting go.
Noticing is the main piece, noticing “I’m emotional today,” or “I’m being negative about this,” and then I’m giving myself options, to pull away from these patterns. Helps feeling my feet on the ground, and using mindful breathing.
I’m also using an “invisible wall” exercise to create boundaries and stop taking on other people’s stuff. I’m noticing my sleep patterns more and more and being stricter about exercising, this is helping me sleep.
The breathing meditations are useful, even when I’m driving! Now I have a regular practice established and mostly guide myself through meditation. Thanks so much for everything. I’ve really benefited from coaching and now it’s time to be more self-reliant with practice and maybe have a coaching check-in in a little while.
